Networking for Mutual Benefit with Teddy Burriss January 10, 2012

Join us on Tuesday, January 10th from 11:30 -1:00 as we welcome Teddy Burriss who will present “Networking for Mutual Benefit”. This fast paced presentation is perfect for the start of a new year and is based on the proven edict – “Networking is finding, developing and nurturing relationships that mutually move people forward thru life.”

Old school networking was “Gripping & Grinning your way thru every Networking Event possible, collect the business cards and then call everyone and ask them to buy your widget.”

Networking for Mutual Benefit is not about selling. When done with transparency and an honest intent to build a relationship it is rewarding and successful for all life activities that can become mutually beneficial in family, community, charity, education & business. Including the ever important sales process, at the appropriate time. When you Network for Mutual Benefit, you can ask for help, the opportunity or the sale much easier and with better results if you first start building the relationship. When you Network for Mutual Benefit, you build an ever increasing circle of contacts that trust you and want to help you because they know you understand what mutual benefit means.

We’ll meet at Bib’s Downtown in the Hickory Room (to the left of the main restaurant entrance). Come on out, say hello to some folks you have never met before, have some good Bibs Barbecue & hush puppies. Then sit back and listen to Teddy tell you how Networking For Mutual Benefit works.
